Thesis: PULSED ELDOR METHOD FOR DETECTION OF CONFORMATIONAL CHANGES ON DNA STRUCTURES

Dr. Giuseppe Sicoli graduated the University of Pisa, Italy in 2002, carrying out a final Diploma thesis on "NMR spectroscopic studies of cyclodextrins-based chiral selector interacting with racemic compounds". He obtained his Ph. D. at Tubingen University, Germany (2006) on "Chromatographic and NMR Spectroscopic analysis on supramolecular complexes based on cyclic and acyclic oligosaccharides", under the supervision of Prof. Volker SCHURIG and Prof Klaus ALBERT. Currently, his research topic involves distance measurements in spin-labeled oligonucleotide derivatives with pulse ELDOR sequences. Supervisor: Dr Serge GAMBARELLI, CEA (Commissariat a l'Energie Atomique) Grenoble - Magnetic Resonance Laboratory (France).
