In order to obtain business visa to Russia, foreign participants should have official
"Invitation to Russia" issued by Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
To complete visa formalities we kindly ask you to fill in the visa application form
and upload it to the EUROMAR 2008 web site. Please also upload the high quality electronic
copy of the 1st and/or 2nd pages of your passport (with the personal data) as scanned
(jpg or other graphic format) file(s) (black and white copy is sufficient).
The passport should be valid at least half a year after the event (until February 2009,
at least). If the period of passport validity is prolonged and it is marked in the
separate page - please upload this page also.

(there is the special item) or later (by clicking here).

The official invitation will be prepared by the Department of the Ministry
of International Affairs in St. Petersburg. The procedure of getting the invitations usually
takes 30 days. The representatives of the St. Petersburg Scientific Center will send you the
invitations by fax or by post. This invitation should be presented to the local Russian
Federation Consulate as the basis for the visa application.
If you will request visa in country other than your home country, make electronic
copy of valid visa or residence permit and send it to Organising Committee as well.
We kindly ask you to submit the visa application form and the copy
of the passport before February 1, 2008.
