If you want to apply for the Euromar 2007 fellowship, please fill the on-line form following the instructions carefully.

The required documentation must be sent by e-mail by 1st May 2007.

EUROMAR Grants
We are pleased to be able to offer half price registration to all students. EUROMAR gratefully acknowledges the generosity of the manufacturers of MR equipment, vendors of MR related products and several scientific organisations and industries. As a result of the generosity of our major sponsors, a number of EUROMAR grants for students will be available from February 2007. A prospective grantee is required to present a poster. A grantee is also eligible for presenting the poster in a contributed lecture. Grant applications will be evaluated by the EUROMAR Board of Trustees and the Program Committee. Students (people born in 1977 or later, currently studying for an undergraduate or postgraduate degree) wishing to apply should submit:

An abstract of the poster to be presented,
A short (not more than one page A4) curriculum vitae
A brief letter of recommendation from his/her supervisor at the time of registration. A deadline of the 1st May 2007 has been set for all students wishing to apply for grants.

The EUROMAR grants will cover the student registration cost but not travel and accommodation expenses.

The ESF (European Science Foundation) met on Friday 13th April to discuss the grants to be provided for the Euromar Congress. It was decided that grants would cover the registration fee and up to 300 Euros for travel and lodging. Students awarded ESF grants must provide all transport and accommodation receipts.
Unfortunately, the ESF awardees’ registration does not include entrance to the Conference Dinner. However, a special price of 60 Euros has been set for those who wish to attend.

COST P15 Grants
The COST P15 action "Advanced paramagnetic resonance methods in molecular biophysics" is sponsoring EUROMAR 2007. Grants towards travel and subsistence are available to any COSTP15 member attending both EUROMAR and the COST workshop on Electron Nuclear Spin Interactions within EUROMAR. To apply, the "Fellowship Application Form" should be completed and filed along with the registration.

Note that for COST P15 grants CV's and letters of support are not required although applicants should clearly indicate to which COST P15 member group they belong. There would normally be an expectation that an abstract be submitted. The new closing date for applications is 1st May 2007.
