This is a two stage process involving you telling us who and what your preferences for the conference are, a return e-mail indicating what you should pay, followed by payment of the conference fees by your selection from the three available methods. The conference registration fee for all delegates staying on-site will cover final programme, abstracts, symposium bag, name badge, Reception on 16 July and Conference Dinner on 20 July, refreshments as in the meeting schedule, admission to the scientific sessions and Certificate of Attendance. Delegates wishing to arrange their own accommodation off-site will incur a surcharge of £20 to cover refreshments.
The conference registration fee for accompanying persons will cover name badge, Reception on 16 July and Conference Dinner on 20 July.
Students and EUROMAR Grants: We are pleased to be able to offer half price registration to all students. EUROMAR gratefully acknowledges the generosity of the manufacturers of MR equipment, vendors of MR related products and several scientific organisations and industries. As a result of the generosity of our major sponsors, a number of EUROMAR grants for students will be available from February 2006. A prospective grantee is required to present a poster. A grantee is also eligible for presenting the poster in a contributed lecture. Grant applications will be evaluated by the EUROMAR Board of Trustees and the Program Committee. Students (people born in 1976 or later, currently studying for an undergraduate or postgraduate degree) wishing to apply should submit:
- an abstract of the poster to be presented,
- a short (not more than one page A4) curriculum vitae
- a brief letter of recommendation from his/her supervisor
at the time of registration, by fax or mail to the conference secretary. A deadline of the 9th April 2006 has been set for all students wishing to apply for grants. A £200 contribution towards the registration and accommodation will be made and deducted directly from the cost of the student package. Cancellation: The registration fees and accommodation fees less a processing fee of £20 will be refunded, provided a written cancellation is received by the Conference Secretary before 17th April 2006.
Cancellations will continue to be accepted until June 9th, 2006 with the full registration and accommodation fee reimbursed minus an £85 handling charge. After June 9th, 2006 no refunds will be made.
There will be no on-site registration. All attendees must register for the conference using the On-Line Registration Form, however you have several options as to how you would like to pay:
1) Sterling Cheque: Complete the On-Line Registration Form, wait for your confirmatory e-mail and then print the Payment Form, sign it and post together with your cheque for the indicated amount in Sterling to Elaine Wellingham (as on the form).
or
2) Bank Transfer: Complete the On-Line Registration Form, wait for your confirmatory e-mail and then print the Payment Form, using the name of the delegate as the reference, sign it, include a copy of the transfer instruction and post or fax them to Elaine Wellingham (as on the form). Then get your bank to transfer the indicated amount, plus bank transfer fees to the EUROMAR 2006 account.
or
3) Credit Card: Complete the On-Line Registration Form wait for your confirmatory e-mail and then complete the Payment Form including all your credit card information with the exception of the card number and card security code. In place of the card number enter "Will Send", then email the form back to esw@confsec.co.uk. For security reasons please either phone or fax using the number below or post your credit card number, it's expiration date and card security code to:
