Registration Fee

The registration fee is 500 Euro for the regular participants of the Congress and 250 Euro for students, PhD students and accompanying persons.

Registration fee includes all Congress documentation, entry to the five-day congress program, Welcome reception, 4 lunches, refreshments, local transportation, banquet and a half-day excursion.

After May 1 the payment will be available at higher rates.

Payments should be free of bank charges. To ensure that we process your payment correctly, please indicate “EUROMAR” and the delegate name at the payment. For payments transferred less than 14 days before the event, please bring a copy of the bank transfer request with you to the registration desk.

Participants will receive a notification from the conference organizers within a week after wire transfer.

For Russian participants Registration fee in Roubles should be transferred to the Congress account of the St.Petersburg University before May 1, 2008

The registration fee can be also paid in cash at the registration desk at the same rates. Credit cards are not acceptable.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

For cancellation made before May 1, 2007 – 30 Euro will be charged.

For cancellation made before June 1, 2007 – 60 Euro will be charged.

Fees are not refundable after June 1, 2007.
