Euromar is run by a Board of Trustees. Trustees are appointed for a three-year term and can be re-elected once, giving a maximum six years membership. The Board agrees on a location for the forthcoming conference and appoints a Scientific (or Program) Committee, consisting of some local members and some members of the Board. This body is responsible for organizing the scientific program. In addition there is a Local Organizing Committee, which deals with local organizational issues. Euromar has no subscription or annual membership fee, but has a small fund to support the annual meetings.
